1. Our Return Policy Overview & Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include opened or used fragrance products, gift cards, promotional or discounted items marked as final sale, and any items that have been damaged due to customer misuse. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our customer support team before initiating the return process.

3. How to Initiate a Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Returns submitted without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or a product defect.

5. Refund Processing & Timeframes

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We appreciate your patience during this process.

6. Partial Refunds & Deductions

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. These include items that are returned in a condition that is not as originally sent, items with missing components or accessories, or returns initiated after the 30-day return window has passed. 7. Exchanges & Replacement Products

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will offer you a store credit or full refund as an alternative. Exchange shipping costs follow the same policy as returns — customers bear the cost unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will prioritize resolving such cases as quickly as possible.

9. Order Cancellations & Pre-Shipment Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier. If a cancellation is successful before shipment, a full refund will be issued promptly. Orders that have already been shipped must go through the standard return process.
