1. Shipping Destinations & Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped to valid residential and commercial addresses within the 50 US states. We are unable to ship to US territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow our services.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order to avoid any delays.

3. Standard Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery within the United States typically takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed throughout the shipping process.

4. Expedited & Express Shipping Options

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for customers who need their orders sooner. Expedited shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days, while express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. Additional charges apply for faster delivery options and will be clearly displayed at checkout. Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are prioritized for same-day dispatch.

5. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Eligibility

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location within the United States. We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over a specified minimum order value, which will be displayed on our website. Shipping costs for orders below the free shipping threshold will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Order Tracking & Shipment Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please reach out to our customer support team.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported missing — please check with neighbors or building management first.

8. Damaged Packages Upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery confirmation may not be eligible for resolution. We take great care in packaging our products to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

9. Address Errors & Failed Deliveries

We strongly advise all customers to double-check their shipping address before completing their order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur an additional shipping fee. Unclaimed packages returned to us will be processed as per our return policy.

10. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During holiday seasons and peak shopping periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes and carrier delays. We recommend placing your orders well in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery. We will communicate any significant shipping delays via our website or email notifications.
